We're excited to get your products to you. Here’s how we handle shipping for our online orders.

Order & Stock Availability

We work hard to keep our website's inventory accurate. All orders are fulfilled based on product availability. In the rare case that an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will contact you right away. You will be issued a full refund for that item to your original payment method.

Live in the Napanee area? You can skip the shipping fees by selecting "In-Store Pickup" for free at checkout.

  • Pickup Hours:
    • Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • Sunday: Not Available
  • What to Bring: Please have your order confirmation email (on your phone is fine) and a piece of matching photo ID.
  • Pickup Window: We'll have your order ready and will hold it for you for 15 days after you're notified.

Shipping, Processing & Delivery

  • Order Processing: We strive to process and pack your order the same day you place your order (excluding statutory holidays).
  • Delivery Times: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery time from the carrier. Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times can vary based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and carrier practices.
  • Separate Shipments: Your items may arrive in separate shipments.

Calculating Your Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Taxes: All orders are subject to sales tax based on the shipping destination (province or territory).

Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

Please double-check your shipping address. If our shipping partner cannot deliver your package, it will be held at their local facility for pickup (usually 5 business days).

If you do not pick up the parcel within their timeframe, it will be returned to us. Please be aware that this return is at your expense. When we receive the returned package, we will process a refund for the product's cost, less all shipping fees. This includes both the original shipping fee to you and the return shipping fee charged to us by the carrier.

A shipment might be undeliverable if:

  • The address or postal code is incorrect.
  • No one is available to sign for the package (if required).
  • The carrier cannot safely access the property.
  • The package was refused at your location.

Damaged in Transit?

We package our items carefully, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If you receive a package with visible damage, please contact us immediately so we can help.
